Areas to be active, dine and relax flow around generous planting. The large lawn for ‘big kids’ and grandchildren to play is served by an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, BBQ and dining area – all with close access to the main kitchen.

Separating this seating area from a secondary one is a hot tub enclosed within a contemporary pergola. With panoramic roof and louvered sliding walls, bathers can enjoy views out to the lawn and up to the stars on a clear night, or connect with the adjacent seating to socialise.

For a secluded viewpoint to retire to, an elevated firepit area looks back over the garden from the treeline – the perfect place to watch the buzz of life below.
